VSIC Health Care - Hospital Management Solution

Immediately after completing the M & A deal between Thai Hoa International Hospital and VOF (VinaCapital) in late 2015, Sell-Side Advisor VSIC has been directly involved in hospital management. To meet the stringent financial management requirements of foreign shareholders, the challenge facing VSIC and the hospital leadership is the need to change the hospital management software system. The used software at this time did not meet the requirements of providing of all health information and reporting to stakeholders.

Many well-known software companies in the market have been invited by VSIC and the hospital"s leadership to the hospital to present their software solutions but the results are not satisfactory. The software introduced barely meets the requirements of management related to financial data, accounting, pharmaceutical management and medical supplies immediately from the point of view of hospital management staff and investors, in addition, not many software can provide the ability to report health insurance information online according to regulations. Pressure of hospital management requirements daily according to the criteria set by the investor and the bigger risks from the failure to manage online health insurance reports in accordance with the regulations of the Social Insurance of Vietnam, forced VSIC and the Board of Management of the hospital to take the decision to develop hospital management software based on knowledge of system management, understanding of the treatment process of key employees of VSIC.

After a long period of testing to check the compatibility of the software with management procedures, the hospital management software VSIC Health Care was officially put into use on 01/04/2018 at the Thai Hoa International Hospital, marking the moment of hospital management operation has a big breakthrough forward.
